Local breeds of laying hens, free range, spending all day on grass fields, producing various beautiful shades of dark brown, white and blue/green eggs.

Honey

Taste the countryside with our pure, natural honey.  Made during the summer when the bees on the farm are gathering pollen from the wildflowers, blossom and hedgerows surrounding them.  Delicious spread on fresh bread, drizzled over fruit, yogurt or porridge – or simply straight off the spoon.

Granola

Gluten and Dairy Free, no sugar, crunchy granola, made in small batches on the farm.

Cooking Ingredients

Beef Dripping

We slowly render our grass fed Beltie beef fat for hours until liquid, this is sieved to remove impurities and bottled. Delicious spread on sourdough or used with your Sunday roast to make perfect Yorkshire puddings and roast potatoes.

SaltPig Whipped Lardo

The best fat from rare breed pigs is salted, smoked and whipped.  Best served on some good bread or used in cooking.

SaltPig Rare Breed Leaf Lard

Pure rendered flare fat from rare breed pigs makes this product prized for making the lightest flakiest pastry.  It is also perfect for roasting potatoes.
