Our grass-fed, slow grown, sustainably produced Belted Galloway Beef, Ryeland Hogget and Native Breed Saddleback Pork are the stars of the show. All our meat is prepared in small, local abattoirs and our experienced team of passionate artisan butchers.
Grass Fed Beltie Beef
Our cattle are 100% grass fed, are reared outdoors and allowed to grow slowly, reaching over 30 months. Our grass fed beef is hung on the bone for a minimum of 21 days to enhance the depth of flavour. From essential family favourites to exceptionally tender steaks, roasting joints and slow cooking cuts.

Grass Fed Hogget
We pride ourselves on producing 100% Grass Fed Hogget which is not only sustainable but incredibly flavoursome. Our sheep are allowed to slowly mature on pasture until 11- 24 months old allowing the meat to mature, developing that all important marbling and depth of flavour.

Native Breed Pork
Here at Dodds Manor Farm our native breed saddleback pigs are reared slowly, living outside for their whole life. This allows the meat to slowly mature, enhancing the flavour and texture and resulting in a generous covering of fat which produces crackling like no other.
